Lori Carpenos's Groups
We are a small group of 4 - 6 who meet bi-monthly in a safe and supportive atmosphere to share insights and support each others ability to lose and maintain weight for the purpose of health and well-being. You will learn how to find a wise state of mind that will help you make healthy choices in every moment. Our discussions are grounded in the understanding of three simple, yet profound principles that show us the link between the psychological and the spiritual. We always welcome new participants. it's a pleasure to share what we've found.

It explains the innate health we all have to rely upon and how to access that health regardless of situations or circumstances. It provides a great springboard for discussion.
