I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression, and assist individuals struggling with stress management and/or difficult life transitions. Using an integrative approach, with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a holistic perspective, I guide individuals while creating solutions that bring relief.
