I use a present-centered, relational approach drawing on psychodynamic and mindfulness techniques. I have post-graduate certification in Gestalt therapy, a psychotherapy focused on developing your awareness and freedom in the here and now.
Before we begin, I will help you understand your insurance coverage. Often, 60-70% of my fee can be reimbursed, and I can receive payment directly from your insurer on an assignment-of-benefit basis. My practice is located in Greenwich Village, convenient to most MTA lines. I have weekend hours available. I also offer remote sessions.
