I have years of experience working with PTSD and CPTSD, emotional abuse, low self-worth, co-dependency, abuse issues, addictions, and grief.
I am an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, but also use somatic work to do the work of many "talk sessions" in one. I incorporate with the mind-body connection, working with the nervous system to treat trauma and anxiety, because sometimes re-telling your story just isn't enough.
