Men's TUES or THUR Interpersonal Process Group
Two different groups. Meeting weekly since 2018 and 2020. This kind of therapy group is for deep exploration of struggles with openness, intimacy, being real emotionally, and taking the risk of trusting others. It is an intensely here-and-now oriented "interpersonal process" group for experienced therapy clients. This is different than a basic support group or a psycho-educational "skills" group. A process group is challenging and involves a longer commitment, so it is best after having some therapy experience.
