I work with individual clients as well as couples and families. Many of my clients desire to find a better way to cope with problems, resolve conflicts and improve their interpersonal communication skills. Working with clients who look for help coping with work pressures, with finding balance between professional and family life, I often rely on my previous corporate experience in international public relations and marketing. I view my role as providing guidance and support on your journey to greater self confidence in resolving conflicts both internal and interpersonal, in improving emotional and overall wellbeing.
