Suzanne de Montigny's Groups

Women's Trauma Healing Group

We have all been touched by trauma in one way or another. Over the course of this 8-week group, we learn how to: * Be your own anchor within your life * Use tools to uncover underlying pain and shame * Resolve pieces of the past through active participation in your own healing.

More about this group

Abandonment Support Group

Whether you're experiencing a recent breakup, an unresolved loss from the past, or finding it difficult to form or sustain an intimate relationship, the purpose of this group is to help restore self-esteem, self-compassion, and your capacity for love. Of all human pain, abandonment is considered the most painful and also the most shameful. When unresolved, the trauma of abandonment can linger in the body and be covered in shame where it undermines self-esteem and self-compassion. We look at codependency and other relational patterns that seriously interfere with your relationships from within.
