Parentinng groups are offered as 5 week sessions on various topics including toddlers, adhd, and more. please inquire for more informatiom on how groups are formed. great opportunity for parenting support, guidance, and fun. Parents learn from each other and help each other through various stages of life with the addition of a an expert facilitator who guides and affirms, balancing learning with fun.
Groups are forming to address the various forms of disordered eating amongst teens and young adults. Body Image, self-esteem, balanced eating for fuel, moderation and self-care all amongst the topics addressed. Young people learn from each other, the facilitator, as well as help each other find peace with food.
Peaceful Eating group for adults focuses on education, support, and therapy for adults stuggling with various eating disorders and disordered eating. The goal is to for participants to learn about moderation, balance and self-care. Body image issues, self-talk, and mindfull eating are amongst the topics covered. members learn from each other and benefit from the support and warmth of knowing that we build 'peace' together.
