My expertise is in: resolving problems of stress, depression, anxiety, fears and phobias; cultivating relationship skills; communication, assertiveness, boundaries and intimacy; working through grief, loss, letting go and moving on; adjusting to phase of life transitions and difficulties such as parenting, single parenting, relocation, affairs, midlife crisis, divorce, remarriage.
My experience includes: Fifteen years providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups; on-going training in a variety of therapeutic models; Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Group Psychotherapist. Tues/Thurs Psychodynamic Mixed Gender Group

Tuesday (7 pm to 9 pm) or Thursday (6 pm to 8 pm) two hour group with 8 members, working through issues relating to personality changes, relationship issues, itimacy development, sexual issues, communication skills, stress management and career change. Each group also address depression and anxiety; groups are long standing and very cohesive. Members all have a commitment to themselves and to their fellow group member to faciliate major personality changes.
