Tamra Hughes, MA, LPC, Counselor in Centennial
Emotional pain can be the most stifling and difficult pain to endure, yet it can also be the catalyst for tremendous growth and insight. I specialize in helping clients of all ages who are struggling with trauma, complex trauma, depression, stress, self-esteem and interpersonal difficulties. My ideal client is one who is ready to be free from the impact of trauma, be it old or recent trauma, and is desiring growth and healing within themselves and their relationships. I also enjoy working with clients who are interested in looking at their issues through the lens of their spirituality.
My primary area of expertise is EMDR therapy. I am both an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Trainer and have provided this therapy for more than a dozen years. In addition to my clinical practice, I provide consultation and education to clinicians pursuing training or certification in EMDR therapy.
If you are interested in pursuing therapy, I encourage you to call and speak with me directly for a free initial phone consultation to determine if I am the right therapist for you. For more information, please visit my website, www.greenwoodcounselingcenter.com.
