The trusting steadfast bond between the therapist and client is the foundation for all healing. Courageously sharing with a psychotherapist who holds a sacred space with humanity and insight, can result in illusions being stripped away, the unlocking of truth, and the reclamation of the real self. Facilitating this process is an honor and an inspiration. I specialize in dynamically treating complex PTSD, addictive disorders inclusive of love/sex addiction, and women's issues through various modalities. I am also committed to mobilizing creative impulses seeking expression and enjoy working with artists from diverse backgrounds.
My treatment approach draws from a psychodynamic, humanistic, behaviorally oriented knowledge base, and is also influenced by Jungian psychology. Diverse spiritual and creative vehicles, bodywork and psychopharmacology are also integrated into the treatment process as warranted. Additionally, I offer secure HIPPA compliant video counseling through
I am a playwright and a free-lance writer and the creator of a therapeutic theater event (Sistah Tribe Phoenix Project) for underserved women with histories of childhood trauma and abuse. Psychodynamic Group Therapy

Human connection is an essential part of life, but for those who were born into familial relationships fraught with chaos, abuse, exploitation, neglect, betrayal, and disconnection the fundamental need for love and attachment becomes an agonizing pursuit. Healing core attachment injuries and cultivating conscious intimacy is the principle foundation of dynamic group therapy. Through dynamic group therapy individuals can effectively process the ways in which relational trauma has contributed to the disowning of basic needs and has silenced one's authentic self. Ingrained interpersonal struggles are brought into conscious awareness for the purpose of shedding dysfunctional patterns and adopting new healthier ways of being.
