Accepting new clients via telehealth only at this time. If an in-person appointment is preferred, your name may be added to a wait list. I work with adults, using cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic theoretical models to help clients better understand themselves and produce desired positive changes in their overall health and functioning. Much of my practice is devoted to conducting ADHD evaluations and providing support for adults with ADHD.
My work is highly collaborative, practical, and growth-oriented. I want to help clients better cope and adapt to their circumstances. But I also want to help them obtain higher goals. I see clients in individual therapy to address various issues, including difficulties related to ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
Before earning a doctorate in clinical psychology, I completed a masters degree in developmental psychology and religious education from Princeton University and Seminary. This training has helped me better understand the role of spirituality and religion in my clients' lives.
