Struggling through emotional difficulties can feel overwhelming. Friends and family may not have the tools to help you get your life back on track. Coming to therapy is a tremendous step to facilitate change. I provide an empathic and understanding environment to help clients work through their problems. I believe that a genuine and real connection between therapist and client is a key component of the therapeutic process. My belief is that in order to change oneself, a fuller understanding of oneself must occur. Working together, we can explore issues and meet your counseling needs.
Therapy is a way to process personal and relational problems/challenges. It is an avenue for making your unconscious conscious, which enables you to better understand how you relate to the world. As you make discoveries and have new insights, therapy supports change and acceptance.
