I have helped many people to understand themselves better so that they can make better choices for themselves. Specifically, I have helped many people change careers, enter relationships, recharge existing careers and relationships, relate better to others within relationships, and make peace with their choices. In short, to become more competent adults.

The special factors which I bring to my practice are a desire to help people, a multitude of life experiences that enable me to relate intimately to other people's problems, a warm, empathic style, and a sense of humor.
