As a woman committed to her own healing journey, I've helped people heal and transition through the pain of divorce, the family strain of medical/mental illness, grief/loss, trauma, and the challenges of marital/couple relationships. My approach is directive, action oriented, and intended to help you accomplish your goals in a timely fashion. I use a vast selection of effective skills and techniques in the context of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Counseling for: Serious and/or life- threatening illness for individuals/couples; Couples seeking to remain together or who are considering divorce; Specialize in adult ADHD in couple relationships. As a former military wife, I bring special expertise and understanding to the problems and concerns of military individuals and their families
I am a provider for BCBS, UBH, Aetna, CIGNA, Tricare, Tufts, Allways and BMC, HP, I also offer a self-pay, sliding-scale fee for 45-minute sessions.
