My passion and specialization is working with children and their families, which I have experience with in both school and private practice settings. In our work together I will use the therapeutic relationship as a window for change as well as using cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, play, and expressive art therapy techniques. I wil put specific techniques to use after getting to know each individual client, their unique style, needs, and concerns.
Whatever the issue is, I use my intuition to guide my clients through a process of self discovery, as well as assist them in exploring the possible steps they can take in order to to fulfill their own personal goals.
