I love working with my clients. Spanning in age from 20s-60s, they are male and female and come from a variety of backgrounds. Most of them come to therapy initially because of some discomfort, usually the result of an imbalance in their lives. It may be that they're struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, loss, interpersonal difficulties, perfectionism, procrastination, shaken self-confidence, low self-esteem, and /or trauma. They stay because they feel supported, understood, and increasingly able to handle life's challenges.
By the time we finish treatment, my clients know and understand themselves better. They're better able to cope and to manage stress; to adjust their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns; and to live a balanced life that is in sync with their values and goals.
I welcome new clients to share in this exciting process. Please contact me by email to set up an initial appointment.
