My aim is to foster your understanding, compassion, and gratitude toward yourself, as you work through painful current or past circumstances, and to facilitate your work in coming to be more fully of your own true nature, leading to a more empowered and satisfying life.
I work with individuals and couples. Because I know that selecting a therapist can be emotionally and financially costly, I spend 20-30 minutes on the phone prior to an initial consultation with an individual, or 30-40 minutes with a couple, to help with that process.
