I specialize in sex therapy for couples, sex-positive therapy, kink positive therapy. I work to get partners back safely towards trust & connection, pleasure while healing relational stress/tension/trauma. My group practice and I have extensive experience with ENM/CNM, LGBTQIA, gender variant, non-monogamous, polyamorous, kink, erotic laborers. We offer somatic sex therapy, emotion focused therapy, DBT and trauma centered (both systemic/social and personal). We address harmful constructs which affect sexuality, gender expression and relationships. We are 100% virtual.
I love working with couples and believe our ability to find our voice is the path to authenticy and pleasure. I provide a safe space for you talk, explore, relate stories you've created/held onto, the traumatic experiences which color your journey, towards finding a version of yourself that is truer to the authentic expression of you.
By understanding ourselves in and out of relation to others, finding suitable language, we will go at your pace, shedding old stories, uncovering layers of experiences that no longer work for you and create new stories and routes that support your growth.
