Living is a challenging process. Living happily is even more so. I help individuals and couples make sense of their lives, both past and present. This enables my clients to understand what is causing their current struggles and facilitates opportunities for change to create a more fulfilling life.

I also worked in the entertainment industry as a successful actress for almost 20 years prior to becoming a psychotherapist. This gives me a unique and well informed perspective on the struggle that one faces while living life as an artist in Los Angeles. I bring much of that personal knowledge to my work with my patients.
