I integrate humanistic, psychodynamic, "family" systems, and transpersonal techniques to build a partnership with clients, empowering them to create more fulfilling and rewarding lives.
Depending on the client's interest and need, our work together may range from cognitive behavioral techniques, to EMDR or bilateral stimulation techniques designed to trigger your own inner healing, to more psychotherapeutic awareness and change. Our work may also include spiritual exploration, shadow work, and personality drive integration.
