Feeling excessively anxious and dealing with panic attacks creates self-doubt, and leads to being unable to move forward with our dreams and intentions. I too struggled with anxiety and panic attacks resulting in wasted time and missed opportunities. I will teach you the same tools and strategies that worked for me and the many clients I have helped over the years.
