With over 35 years of experience in the field, I have the expertise and tools to provide a warm and safe environment for adults in individual psychotherapy. My style is gentle, supportive and encouraging. I am particularly strong in the area of bringing the power of spirituality into our work as well as utilizing coaching throughout the sessions. Clients repeatedly experience rapid relief from the emotional pain of grief and loss as well as report positive, lasting changes in the areas of intimacy, anxiety and depression as a result of our work together.
Additionally, I rely heavily on a tool called "Tapping" or the Emotional Freedom Technique as well as utilizing the Internal Family Systems model. Clients express tremendous satisfaction with the changes they experience in their lives as a direct result of this exciting and easy to use form of Energy Psychology.
