It is through relationship that you will heal the aches in your heart and replace tired old patterns with healthy behaviors. You will gain insight and self awareness on your therapeutic journey. You will integrate new skills for living, loving, and relating. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
My passion and expertise is in working with couples. My basic assumption is that people need healthy relationships to thrive. The goal is effective dependency, rather than independence. My work is provocative, action-oriented, and educational. You will heal your emotional wounds while you learn to have emotionally intelligent relationships.
"Relationship Rehab" is for anyone who wants to improve their relational life. It combines Terrence Real's Relational Life Therapy, with Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am a PAIRS certified relationship skills instructor, and a Certified Group Psychotherapist. I have extensive training and experience in group psychotherapy and couple's therapy.

This process group is primarily insight-oriented and encourages self-awareness and introspection. The purpose of the group is to explore your way of being in relationships. It is long term and open ended. Weekly attendance, with minimal reasonable exceptions is required. This group is for people who are looking for a long term intensive group experience. The benefits of participating in such a group are more comfortable, satisfying, and loving relationships with other people as well as with yourself.
