I am an eclectic provider, which means I have been trained in traditional therapeutic approaches, but have a propensity to work with a greater wealth of holistic healing techniques. I have been working in the clinical field for over twenty years and have trained and worked on both coasts of the United States. A spiritual approach is integrated into the work.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, depression, loss, addiction, chronic illness and Tick-borne diseases. My style is very direct, compassionate and hopeful. I value clients who share with me their thoughts about what they are looking for or needing to change or grow into. I am also extremely intuitive and use this to help me with the process.
