Focus is on development of skills to improve quality of life exploring influence of family of origin and self defeating behaviors that get in the way of the process of change. Overall goal is to facilitate and empower clients to make positive and lasting changes to improve quality of life.
I specialize in working with any mood disorders, ADHD, infertility/pregnancy loss, addictions, cognitive behavioral therapy, women's issues and relationships/family issues. I also provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in Celina, Texas as part of my practice.
