You can heal wounds, release resentment, find your voice, and live life more fully.
I collaborate with you to treat issues related trauma, relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, loss/life transitions and family of origin issues. I am also trained in EMDR, a therapy used to reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer hold the same emotional power over our present.
