Welcome to Bonds Counseling Solutions conveniently located near downtown Indianapolis. As your therapist, I will help you discover and implement solutions to your problems. Since each client is unique, the path we decide to take to work on your issues will be unique as well. I believe in thinking outside the box and in providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment in which you can open up and explore possibilities. While your past is important in who you are today, our therapeutic relationship will initially focus on helping you cope with what is going on in your life today.
I utilize a client-centered solution-focused approach to therapy to empower each of my clients. Why? Because research has shown that this approach facilitates progress toward goals faster, which means, less time in treatment. Many clients achieve immediate results. Most clients see noticeable improvement between session three and six.
I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals, but my passion lies with helping couples and families to heal. Evening appointments are currently available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The office is handicap accessible and is serviced by local public transportation. In addition to accepting most major insurances, I also work with EAPs.
