Walk and Talk Support Group (Burr Oak Woods)

Walk and Talk is an exercise and weight loss support group. You will learn CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) which has been proven to be the most effective treatment for weight loss and exercise. Walk with the therapist, through the varied, beautiful trails in Burr Oak Woods, ( Blue Springs), as you learn the skills you need for a healthy lifestyle. The group accommodates levels of fitness from "totally out-of-shape" to "moderately fit". The cost is $10 per group. See website for details; the link is just below my picture.
