If you think you might be having problems with using drugs and/or alcohol, it could be a symptom of underlying and unresolved issues. Change is possible by uncovering and working on healing those issues that often lead to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and relationship problems.
I provide a safe, warm and trusting environment to help you realize your potential and bring harmony to your life. I offer short-term therapy to resolve specific issues, and long-term therapy to reveal and change underlying and negative behaviors which can increase your self-confidence and create healthier relationships.
