As a Certified Integrative Psychotherapist, I offer a comprehensive approach to psychotherapy which considers the many ways people grow, develop and function during wellness and crisis. We are all unique in how we approach health, success, disappointment and the challenges of daily living. For therapy to be successful, it is essential that your individual approach to life be respected and understood.
Integrative Psychotherapy works with the whole person; thoughts, feelings, behavior and physiology, in order to remove blocks and resolve conflicts that intefere with spontaneity, flexibility, problem solving, relationships with others and relationship with oneself. An integrated approach offers insight and relief and the opportunity to live openly, honestly and happily.
I offer extensive experience in both verbal psychotherapy and creative arts therapy. Specialties include pre-natal/postpartum counseling, and Music & Imagery in Psychotherapy. I am a Certified Trainer/Supervisor for the International Integrative Psychotherapy Association and am on the faculty of the Institute for Integrative Psychotherapy(NYC).
