I combine psychodynamic therapy that searches for the root causes of problems with coginitive-behavioral techniques when needed that offer more immediate structured coping skills.
I work with adults with a variety of issues including, depression, anxiety, marital and other relationship problems, bereavement, addictions, obssessive thoughts or behaviors, occupational difficulties, eating disorders, parenting issues, and caring for the elderly. Therapy can provide emotional growth and change that is long-lasting.
