There is a lot of pain and suffering when one gets stuck in patterns and cycles. When people find the courage to turn and face themselves, life difficulties, and the pain that they attempt to avoid with habitual behaviors, the healing that follows leads to a path of an amazing amount of joy and freedom.
I believe human beings have within themselves, the courage, strength, and ability to face and live life without the use of addictive patterns and/or self-defeating behaviors. My role is to encourage self exploration, assist with identifying habitual patterns, and to support them onto the path of personal growth and change.
