Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my practice. I am a clinical psychologist who is licensed in both CT and NY and approach therapy committed to providing the care I would want for someone I love. I emphasize co-collaboration, respect, and empathy in each session and work to help clients understand the root and source of their concerns beyond their symptoms. I have received special training in trauma-informed and psychodynamic treatment and bring over 18 years experience working with individuals and couples. Presently, I am offering all current and prospective clients psychotherapy sessions in-person or online.
I work with adult individuals and couples from a variety of cultural, ethnic, and spiritual backgrounds, sexual orientations, relationship styles, and gender identities. I practice with a LGBTQIA+-affirming model. I believe you will find my approach open, flexible, affirming, and engaging. It is a true honor to witness growth and development.
