Hi! I am a health psychologist providing psychotherapy and personal coaching. I utilize a variety of research-proven, highly effective treatment approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, Mindfulness-Based CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Additionally, I have advanced training and experience working with clients with (1)OCD/PTSD; (2)medical issues; or (3)emotional/compulsive overeating pattern.
I received my B.A. from Stanford University and Ph.D. from Ohio State University. I completed a post-doctoral fellowship at UCLA Medical Center. I have over 15 years of clinical experience and I LOVE what I do!
