We cannot escape our past, but can use its teachings to open up our present and future. There is a wise person and healer within the limits our trauma has imposed upon us. My approach is body-centered with a focus on the nervous system, in utero and birth experience, symptoms that show up in relationship patterns, chronic pain, negative self beliefs, confusing and unexplainable behavior or thought.
I am most interested in helping people build a compassionate self understanding and minimizing the tendency to see one's self as pathology.
