I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Certified Therapist with advanced training. IFS offers an open, non-pathologizing approach by helping us update parts stuck in the past often due to trauma. Through being interested and curious, while maintaining awareness and presence in the body, we can get to know what is needed and provide the necessary support.
I cultivate with clients a compassionate, caring environment by listening deeply, maintaining non-judgment and presence, and observing what you are interested in and passionate about.
