"You only need to bring yourself". There are times when living with one's self may have become difficult, due to particular circumstances or an accumulation of experiences. The approaches I bring to psychotherapy allow us to tailor our work to fit you -- who you are and your needs, to help you explore your self and clear away obstacles. In collaborative, co-created work, I help people access limiting beliefs and find support for their experiences so that they can live more fully and free their energies to be themselves.
There is much research that supports using the wisdom of full experience in psychotherapy. I use holistic approaches to deepen discovery, understanding and growth. Work is mainly through conversation; safety is created by tailoring work to each person's needs. The use of mindfulness enhances focusing consciousness toward change and growth.
My background includes extensive training in body-centered psychotherapies (Hakomi, Gestalt, Sensorimotor) as well as years of experience as a social worker and psychotherapist. I have worked widely with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma and life issues. I specialize in individual psychotherapy with adults. ACTUAL PHONE #: 413-303-0368
