Therapy should be individually tailored to the client. With over 40 years experience, I have several techniques to use to help people achieve their goals. Successful therapy depends upon an open and trusting relationship. I am trained in hypnosis, EMDR, Energy psychology, and crisis intervention as well as traditional techniques. Special areas of expertise include fears and anxiety, OCD, relationships, and trauma. I use hypnosis for relaxation training, smoking cessation, and other issues. My office is a small, quiet and private one, not a part of a big practice.
Trained by Brian Weiss, MD (Many Lives, Many Masters) I use hypnosis to help clients find the origins of problems through accessing the depth and wisdom of the unconscious mind.
Athletes and former athletes have unique emotional and physical issues. This is an area of special interest to me. Being an athlete myself, I also work with present and former athletes.
