I believe in balancing mind, body and soul and know from personal experience that interior work and examination keeps us honest and at peace with ourselves. I am a cancer survivor and meditation practitioner of 44 years.
It is our work to come to terms with our life stories. In every story there are lessons that have shaped our lives and influence what we are today. We need every part of ourselves; the mind, body, and spirit to work together to heal in this loving process.
I am a Board Certified Diplomat and utilize Psycho/Spiritual approach to my work while treating the whole person. I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming Hypnosis techniques, Cognitive Therapies, Guided Imagery, Relaxation techniques and Meditation education and practice to promote on going self-healing. I specialize in grief, loss and transitions.
