As your therapist I will engage you in becoming comfortable exploring your inner self and learning where do you get stuck and what increases your satisfaction in life. Using a compassionate and collaborative approach, we will develop a plan that addresses your issues. You will learn to look in the mirror and not the magnifying glass to improve both your self image and relationships with others. You will also learn how to set boundaries; this reduces anger and increases self esteem.
I specialize in Anxiety, Depression and Relationship issues. In our sessions, you will re-learn how to communicate, deepen your connections, and be more sensitive to other's feelings. Any negative habits that you have developed will be converted to healthy, positive ones. I specialize in helping to empower people.
I bring authenticity, gentle humor, and optimism to my practice. I help clients find insight, confidence, and healing in their lives. I have helped people for over 20 years and find that my personal experience being married and raising children is a major asset in changing negative habits.
