As a therapist as well as a business consultant and coach, I work with individuals, couples, families and organizations. I work from a systemic orientation, which means that problems are embedded in a complex relational system rather than isolated in an individual. I will help you create healthier ways to be in relationship with others, whether it is your family, coworkers, collegues, and/or friends.
In therapy, I use an integrated approach to therapy from various modalities including psychodynamic, Object Relations, Attachment Therapy, Transactional Analysis, various experiential therapies, and EMDR. I specialize in mood disorders, stress disorders, PTSD, family of origin issues, issues resulting from chronic illness (particularly MS), and personality disorders.
As a business consultant and coach, I work with organizations & management teams in leadership development, communication, conflict resolution, dealing with organizational change. My former experience in law and business combined with my current experience as a therapist allows for a unique perspective in working with entrepreneurs and business owners.
