My goal is to help alleviate emotional pain, achieve healthy relationships, and maximize personal growth through a therapeutic partnership that emphasizes courage and commitment. Based on your particular thinking style and personality, I utilize psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and existential modalities.
I specialize in the treatment of OCD, depression, and anxiety. I also encourage contact between sessions, which many people find helpful. Sunday and night hours are available to accomodate a busy schedule.
