My treatment approach focuses on empowering clients through education, cognitive and behavioral strategies (e/rp) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I view therapy as collaborative and requiring safety, nurturance and trust.
I enjoy helping people learn valuable tools to better manage their OCD and/or anxiety, and move towards the things they value most in life. Therapy can be hard work but it can also be worth the time and energy, and it can make a lasting difference.
