I am dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and individualized psychotherapy to help you bring about personal growth and change. I provide a warm, caring, safe, and trusting environment. I understand that what may work in helping one person meet their goals may not work for another. Therefore, I use a flexible, individualized, and integrative approach to help you achieve a greater sense of well being by gaining understanding and greater mastery over the factors that underlie your difficulties. I also work with you to build on your existing strengths and develop new skills to resolve your concerns.
People see me for a variety of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, the "blahs," or simply feeling out of sorts without being able to put a finger on it. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and families.
I also provide professional supervision and consultation services.
