I have worked with many people over the years with different diagnoses. Most had, as the source of the symptoms (i.e. depression, eating disorder, anxiety) trauma of some sort.
We start out with talking, and then may move to other modalites depending upon what seems best to serve you.
As an Expressive Analyst, I know many techniques; Jungian dream work, movement, psychodrama, yoga, hypnosis, art therapy, mandala work, sand tray, and familiarity with Eastern and Western mystical traditions. However, my focus is on what you bring and these are at the service of your quest to evolve and heal.
