Stacy L Carmichael, PhD, ABPP, Psychologist in Clearwater
Life can be overwhelming, especially if you have behavioral, emotional, social or learning challenges...either your child's or your own. I enjoy conducting comprehensive, affordable and helpful psychological ASSESSMENTS for all ages for neurodevelopmental, emotional or learning concerns including childhood autism spectrum disorder, aspergers syndrome in adults, ADHD, anxiety, gifted, learning disability including dyslexia or dyscalculia, parental fitness evals, and I have been very successful without my clients needing an attorney for social security disability assessments. I am located in Florida.
I received broad training in clinical health psychology from UF. My focus is on holistic mental health. I use interpersonal and cognitive behavioral therapy and teach positive parenting or social skills using empirically validated therapeutic techniques. I greatly prefer and enjoy psychological assessment including gifted, ADHD, LD and autism assessment.
I can provide tele health via phone or Skype for Iowa or Florida clients on evenings and weekends. I have done autism consults to parents and adults living in other countries. Call to discuss scheduling and payment. I am able to accept HSA cards or provide super-bills for reimbursement.
