I am a certified Brainspotting practitioner able to utilize my knowledge and skills to help clients work through trauma or intense situations in their lives. I also work with any type of relationship issue to allow reconnection.
I encourage effective communication strategies that can help parents' better cope with difficult family situations and individuals who experience struggle in their current situations. I offer mental health counseling aimed at creating relationships that are more nuturing, loving and enjoyable.
