I appreciate your effort and will respond to your email even if your issues are outside of my scope of practice. My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, anger, stress, addiction, eating disorders, career, relationship and family problems. I offer personal growth seminars quarterly and also do DEEP evaluations.
My specialties are eating disorders, addictions and personal growth. I teach all my clients the connection between emotional and physical well being and help them to redefine life goals. Getting Unstuck

The focus of this day long, weekend seminar is to help you get "unstuck". If you belong to over 100 million Americans who report to be living lives of "quiet desperation" you should attend. You will learn how to define your current struggles and what is holding you back from living the life you long for and are capable of living. You will learn effective life changing strategies and how to set reasonable goals that you will be able to reach in small, manageable steps. The seminars take place quarterly on a Saturday.
