Depression, anxiety and compulsive behaviors can damage self esteem and cause conflict in our relationships. If you are struggling with finding joy in your life, help is available. The therapeutic process can help you learn new communication skills, coping skills and help you create balance in your life.
I have experience treating individuals suffering from eating disorders, chemical dependency, sex addiction and unresolved trauma. I have received training from Dr. Patrick Carnes and Dr. Stephanie Covington, both leaders in the field of addictive disorders. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
My clinical partner and I believe in conjoint marital therapy so that each individual in session has an ally. We have seen a lot of success with couples that are committed to the therapeutic process and dedicated to improving their relationship.
